Refund policy

RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY – TIRES4LESS DIRECT

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, tires must be unused, unmounted, and in original condition with all packaging and labels included.

Mounted Tires
Tires that have been mounted, installed, or driven on are NOT eligible for return or refund.

Warranty Returns (Mounted Tires)
If a tire is defective and within the manufacturer’s warranty:

  • The tire must be shipped back to Tires4Less Direct for inspection

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • If approved, a replacement tire or store credit will be issued (no refunds)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Mounted or used tires

  • Special-order or custom tires

  • Tires damaged from improper installation, misuse, or road hazards

Return Process

  1. Email: tires4lessdirect@gmail.com with your order number

  2. Request return approval (RMA)

  3. Ship item back with provided instructions

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is incorrect or defective. Use a trackable shipping method.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns. No fee for defective or incorrect items.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, this policy applies.

Fitment Responsibility
Customers must ensure correct tire size and fitment before purchase.
