2. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Any tires that have been mounted, installed, driven on, or used in any way are non-refundable and not eligible for return.
- Only unused tires in original condition may be considered for return.
4. Warranty Claims (Exclusion from Returns)
- This return policy does not apply to warranty claims.
- Tires with manufacturer or store warranties must be processed under the applicable warranty policy.
- Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval based on manufacturer guidelines and are not guaranteed.
5. Return Conditions
- Approved returns must be in original, unused condition and free of damage.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
6. Restocking Fee
- All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.
- The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
7. Refunds
- Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval of returned items.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
